Preferences
The Preferences dialog allows for setting a default file name using place holders such as date, time, or computer name. PDFScanner can also search the OCR text of a document for a date and use that one instead.
Multiple operations are done in parallel
You don't need to wait for the scan to finish to inspect the results. PDFScanner lets you reorder or delete pages while still scanning. Operations like Deskew and OCR are also performed in the background.
Save Dialog
PDFScanner has an intuitive and simple user interface that lets you save and share your documents as quickly as possible. You can even let it automatically guess the document title.
